Under what conditions can I return the products?

In any situation of returning the products, they must be in the same condition they were sent, in original packaging with intact tags and with all accompanied documents. 

The returned products must be in the same condition you receive them: undamaged and without defects.

How do I return a product or an order?

You have 14 calendar days to return the products. Products returns can be done online, directly from the users account. Here's what to do:

- log into your user account, access "My Account" and then select "My Orders", click on the order from wich you want to return one or more products, click the "Return" button and follow all the steps to complete the return.

- make sure you have all the necessary elements to make the return: the original invoice, the warranty, the labels etc.


How can I check the status of a return?

To check the status of a return, access "My Account”, then select "My Orders" and click on the returned order.

How is a refund performed? will returned the money within maximum 14 days of receiving the returned products, in the bank account specified by you in the return form or via courier. If the payment was made online with the credit card, the refund will be made in the same bank account from which the payment was made.

When making a return, the shipping costs are supported by the customers.
