Do I have to register to place an order on Malagoli.ro?

Ordering on Malagoli.ro is not conditioned by creating an account. However, we recommend to register for a faster and easier shopping experience and access to the order status and history.

How do I order?

Online shopping can be a fun and easy way to acquire the much wanted products.

On malagoli.ro you can order online, pay by credit card, PayPal or cash (only in Romania) for the products you want. Every product you wish to purchase must be added to your shopping cart. Next to each item there is the "Add to Cart" button that will add the selected product directly into your shopping cart.

The continuously updated shopping cart will always appear in the menu bar at the top of the page, next to the log in button. There you can:

-  change the amount of each ordered product

-  view the cost of the chosen products

The moment you want to complete your order, click "Proceed To Purchase". This step will take you to a page where you will fill out  your personal details, shipping address and you will choose the payment and shipping methods.

After completing all the information required, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Once completed, all your personal details will remain saved in your account and you will no longer be required to enter them again when placing a new order.

Can I send the products as a gift?

Yes, you can send the products as a gift. Our gift wrapping service is free of charge.
Enter the new shipping address on the checkout page, in the DELIVERY DETAILS section.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

When your order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice and the payment details.

Can I change an order?

You can to request to change your order within 24 hours after placing it, with the exception of orders already being shipped.

Changes can be made via email, at contact@malagoli.ro.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after placing them, with the exception of orders already shipped.

How are orders processed?

Orders are taken and processed in the shortest time possible.

These are honored in their entrance order, depending on the available stock. Although the availability of each product is checked and updated daily, there is still the possibility of ordering a product no longer in stock. In this case, when processing the order, you will be contacted by phone or by email to confirm the cancellation or the partial delivery of the order.

In special situations (peak periods, holidays, etc.) there may be delays in the processing and the delivery of the orders.

Orders are not processed during weekends or legal holidays.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay cash on delivery of your order (COD) for Romania, or online with the credit card. 

Malagoli.ro accepts payment through the following credit cards or debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard.

 

How does delivery take place?

All orders are shipped via courier service to the address provided in the Shipping Details section.

Delivery times are calculated based on the available stock: between 24 hours and up to 7 working days.

To avoid any problems, please provide in your Shipping Details a phone number where you can be contacted by the courier on the day of delivery.

Can I view my order history?

Registered users have the option to see their order history by accessing "My Account" and the "My Orders" section.

What happens if I am not home when the courier arrives?

The courier will contact you at the telephone number that you provided, to arrange another delivery.

What are the customs fees for my order?

Customs fees vary from a country to another. Please contact your local customs office for further information about import taxes.

Do I have to pay custom duties and taxes if my order is shipped outside to EU?

Yes, the customer is responsible for all applicable customs fees for orders shipped outside the EU. This will be a separate charge invoiced by our courier, DHL International.
