In order to make your online shopping experience more enjoyable, even when you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we created an easier return procedure.

You can return products purchased on the Malagoli website within 14 days from delivery date.

IMPORTANT: Regarding Customized Orders (i.e an order placed for 1 meter, 2.3 meters, etc. of a given fabric sold on malagoli.ro) the products CANNOT be returned, according to the Government's Urgent Ruling no. 34/2014, art. 16, paragraph C " the products manufactured by specifications of the customer, or specialy customized products cannot be returned".

Make sure the items are in the same condition in which you received them.
The items purchased must have all tags attached and not be spotted, hanging, scratched or cut.

Fill out the return form online to get a return number.

Prepare the parcel and include the return form within, which you can find on the site.

With our service you can be reimbursed in case of theft or loss during the return of the package to our warehouse in Oradea.

Contact by phone or online the courier to state the address and time when you are available.

Returns will be accepted within 3 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. Refunds will be issued exclusively for items returned properly. If the return does not meet the return conditions stated above, we will not be able to issue a refund and the package will be sent back to you.

You can track the status of return through My Order or the AWB number received from the courier.

Note:

At this time we are unable to provide replacement of products.

Send the return from the same country in which you placed the order. We will not accept returns from different countries.
