For orders paid by credit or debit card the amount will be charged upon receipt of order confirmation. Once added to the shopping cart, a product is available for purchase as long as the product is in stock. Adding a product to your shopping cart, failing to complete your order, does not entail it's automatic reservation.

When a product is paid in advance by credit card and it cannot be delivered, Malagoli will inform the customer of this fact and will refund the value of the product in the customer's account within maximum 14 calendar days from the date on which Malagoli acknowledged this fact. You pay only for products that have been delivered.

Payment will be shown on your bank statement under the PayU signature, our shop being secured by this company.

For orders from non-EU countries: your purchase will be charged in Euros. There may be fluctuations in the total value after the conversion of the local currency into Euros. This is shown in the account statement.
